Graduated with a BArch cum laude from the University of Witwatersrand. Guy joined the firm briefly in 1985. Started off as a design architect for major commercial buildings. He joined LYT again in 1996.

Area of expertise: High rise buildings, high technology commercial and leisure-related developments.

Postgraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Natal. SA and an International MBA from the Recanati Business School from Tel Aviv, Israel. Abimbola has over 10 years professional experience within the property/ real estate arena of the investment banking and architecture space.

Area of expertise: Property and Real Estate

Graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in 1980. Clive worked for a smaller practice called Summerley, Ringrose Todd and Prevost (later to become Portal Partnership), where he became a partner in 1983. His current specialist areas are commercial office buildings and schools.

Area of expertise: Commercial office buildings, hospitality, leisure and education.

Graduated with a M.Arch (Prof) degree from the University of Port Elizabeth. After running a small practice in Port Elizabeth for a few years, he left and joined LYT in 2007. He was made an Associate Architect in 2008 and subsequently a Director in 2011.

Area of expertise: Retail, industrial, hospitality and leisure.

Rishan received a Diploma in Architectural Technology from the Technikon Natal in 1998. Rishan worked for 3 companies, where he completed a variety of commercial offices, various government-based projects (such as schools and community centres). He joined LYT in 2007 and was made an Associate in 2011.

Area of Expertise: Industrial Buildings

Dwayne Saldanha joined LYT in 2012 after completing his M.Arch (Prof) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2011. He was appointed as Architectural Director in 2022.
